Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Desire to learn how to cook extensively
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the workplace
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for serving others
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Handle cash register and digital tip transactions accurately
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and advance career
