Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
Desire to learn how to cook extensively
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service is advantageous but not required
Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the workplace
Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for serving others
Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Handle cash register and digital tip transactions accurately
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and advance career
