Job Requirements

Must possess and maintain valid driver's license
must be insurable
high school diploma or GED preferred
must be able to work in all weather conditions
must be able to lift or move up to 80 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
experience on a construction jobsite a plus
demonstrate ability and willingness to learn
be self-motivated and work productively
have physical strength and endurance

Job Duties

Assist crews by working on the ground, handing tools and heavy materials to workers
flagging traffic
assist line crew with setting poles by shoveling or picking
fill anchor holes
clear undergrowth from right-of-way by using hand tools or saws
