Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
No prior experience required
Pass basic food safety and hygiene training
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capacity to handle physical tasks such as lifting and carrying
Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand every day
Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Learn and adhere to company food safety policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Follow training programs to develop skills across all food preparation areas
