Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work cooperatively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant areas
  • Support training and development of new team members
  • Assist in managing inventory and supplies as needed
