Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be authorized to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for serving customers and working in a team
- Willingness to learn cooking techniques and food preparation
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant areas
- Support training and development of new team members
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies as needed
