Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Follow Chipotle’s food safety and quality standards to ensure fresh and responsibly sourced food
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency in the restaurant
  • Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and address any inquiries or concerns
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge for career advancement
  • Support the team by performing various tasks as needed during shifts
