Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand daily with no use of freezers or microwaves
  • Work confidently at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Follow food safety and quality standards
  • Participate in training and development programs
