Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in high volume customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to remain stationary and move around the park for extended periods
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact in a busy and often loud environment

Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor trampoline courts to ensure safety and compliance
- Assist in maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment
- Facilitate party hosting and event coordination
- Perform front desk duties including membership sales and guest check-ins
- Operate cafe services as a cafe associate
- Communicate effectively with team members and patrons to enhance the park experience
