Job Requirements

- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand every day
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- learn and follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- support team members and collaborate to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- engage with customers to ensure satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
