Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Authorization to work in the country of employment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location
Passion for helping and serving others
Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Desire to learn cooking and food preparation techniques
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand at different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work areas
Assist in training new employees to foster a strong team environment
Adhere to food safety and quality standards
Support the company mission by promoting sustainable food practices
