Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Have the ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
Present a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Demonstrate passion for helping and serving others
Desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service orientation
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service
Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
Support team members in a collaborative environment
Participate in training programs and skill development
Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers
