Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Passion for helping and serving others

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves or can openers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
  • Participate in training sessions to develop skills and improve performance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth restaurant operations
  • Uphold company standards in food safety and quality
