Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
able to engage comfortably with large groups of people
able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
effective communication skills in a busy indoor environment

Job Qualifications

comfortable engaging with large groups of people
able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
previous experience in customer-facing roles is ideal but not required
customer service or sales experience is a plus
capable of sitting, standing, and moving for extended periods
ability to lift at least 20 pounds

Job Duties

Monitor trampoline courts to ensure safety and compliance
assist customers with friendly and efficient service
manage cafe operations including food preparation and sales
host birthday parties and events ensuring guests have memorable experiences
conduct front desk membership sales and administrative tasks
maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the park
communicate effectively with guests and team members to resolve issues promptly
