Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily according to Chipotle standards
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Operate station roles including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet restaurant goals
- Handle digital tips and complete transactions accurately
- Participate in training programs to develop cooking and service skills
