Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not required

- Ability to work well in a team setting
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Follow food safety and quality guidelines according to company standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Assist in training and supporting new team members
- Participate in upholding Chipotle's mission and values through daily work
