Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Pass any pre-employment background checks as required
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform station work including standing for extended periods
  • Comply with all health and safety standards required by law

Job Qualifications

  • Prepare real food by hand every day without microwaves or freezers
  • Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
  • Follow all safety and health regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Attend training and development programs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
