Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food industry preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and food handling guidelines
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to embody the Aloha spirit daily

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha
- Make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates
- Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference
- Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time
- Perform service roles including but not limited to cashier, dining room attendant, indoor and outdoor runners, drive-thru (indoor and outdoor) and parking lot director
- Carry out utility roles such as dishwashing, Dole Whip preparation, service line, food prep, linebacker, bagger, and cook, ensuring high quality food preparation and sanitation
