Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to learn different roles
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Support company mission and values through daily work ethic
