Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day using fresh ingredients
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant areas
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Uphold Chipotle standards of food safety and quality
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth
