Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food preparation is an asset but not required

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn how to cook and perform various restaurant roles
- Basic math skills for handling cash and digital tips
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food daily by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Follow Chipotle's high food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Assist in training new team members and support their development
- Uphold company policies and procedures consistently during shifts
