Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Passion for helping and serving customers and team members
Desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills
Ability to communicate effectively in the primary work language
Previous food service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Prepare food by hand every day at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Follow restaurant safety and sanitation standards to ensure food quality
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience
Support the company mission of sustainability and responsible sourcing
