Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus but not required
  • Ability to learn and work confidently at various food preparation stations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
  • Passion for helping and serving others
  • Desire to learn cooking and food preparation techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand every day in the restaurant
  • Operate different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
  • Uphold company standards for food quality and safety
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Learn and apply training to enhance cooking and service skills
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
