- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced food service environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed

- Prepare fresh food by hand daily
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Support team members and customers with enthusiasm
- Follow health and safety standards
- Learn cooking and restaurant operations through training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
