Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards both customers and team members
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Learn and apply company standards and procedures
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while serving customers and team members
