Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles a plus but not required

- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and serving others
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Handle cash and digital tip processes accurately
- Attend training sessions and apply learned skills in daily operations
- Support efforts to promote sustainability and responsible food sourcing
