Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Pass mandatory background and reference checks
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service
  • Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work stations
  • Follow health and safety standards strictly
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
  • Assist in training new employees as needed
  • Participate actively in continual learning and development opportunities
