Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to learn and take on various roles within the restaurant
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for helping and serving customers and team members
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards diligently
  • Support team members and collaborate to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Handle cash and digital payments accurately
  • Engage customers with enthusiasm and helpfulness
