Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
- Ability to work both full-time and part-time shifts
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or related roles is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Operate various work stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience
- Uphold Chipotle's mission of quality and sustainability
