Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Comfortable working in a high-energy, busy indoor environment
Able to sit, stand, and move for long periods
Physical ability to lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds
Strong communication skills
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older
Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous customer-facing experience preferred but not required
Customer service or sales experience is a plus
Able to stand, sit, and move around for extended periods
Capable of lifting at least 20 pounds

Job Duties

Monitor trampoline courts to ensure guest safety
Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
Assist with party hosting and event coordination
Handle sales and front desk membership services
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the park
Work collaboratively with team members across departments
Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve issues
