Job Requirements

be at least 16 years old
ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
passion for food and customer service
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical ability to stand and perform manual tasks for extended periods
commitment to upholding company values and standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

prepare food by hand daily at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
participate in training programs to develop skills and confidence in multiple roles
maintain cleanliness and ensure food safety standards
support team members and collaborate to meet operational goals
handle digital tips responsibly
assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
