Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age, some equipment may require being 18 years of age
- Flexible work availability including late nights and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and move around the restaurant
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate equipment and handle food
- Ability to climb ladders or balance on step stools
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and position oneself frequently
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in environments with exposure to hot and cold temperatures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles
- Team player with reliability and a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests
- Take orders and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu to address guest inquiries
- Prepare food items promptly and precisely while following strict food safety guidelines
- Perform positions including cashier, grill or sandwich cook, dishwasher, and cleaning responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in stocking and organizing restaurant supplies
