Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Commitment to uphold health and safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
No prior experience required but a passion for food service is essential

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
Assist with cash handling and order processing
Support training and development initiatives for new crew members
Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
