Job Requirements

  • must be at least eighteen years of age
  • must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting bending climbing and extended periods of standing or walking
  • able to pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
  • able to adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • able to perform emergency and safety functions essential to ship operation

Job Duties

  • provide a personalized high-quality dining service
  • set up and break down meals and events
  • greet guests by name offer menu and wine suggestions and answer questions
  • relay orders and serve with attention to detail
  • maintain safe and welcoming guest areas including staterooms and common spaces
  • greet guests by name and respond to housekeeping requests
  • clean rooms stock supplies and organize inventory
  • support special events like embarkation tea service and cocktail parties
