Job Requirements

must be at least eighteen years of age
must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting bending climbing and extended periods of standing or walking
able to pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
able to adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
able to perform emergency and safety functions essential to ship operation

Job Duties

provide a personalized high-quality dining service
set up and break down meals and events
greet guests by name offer menu and wine suggestions and answer questions
relay orders and serve with attention to detail
maintain safe and welcoming guest areas including staterooms and common spaces
greet guests by name and respond to housekeeping requests
clean rooms stock supplies and organize inventory
support special events like embarkation tea service and cocktail parties
