Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and teamwork
- Willingness to learn culinary and operational skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow Chipotle's food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operation
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Support training and development of new team members
