Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Have the ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Reliable availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
Basic food safety knowledge preferred but not required
Willingness to adhere to food safety and hygiene practices
Must have legal authorization to work in the applicable country

Job Duties

Prepare real food at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere for guests
Follow Chipotle's food preparation and safety standards
Support team members and collaborate to maintain efficient restaurant operations
Participate in training and development programs
Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in all work areas
Comply with company policies and labor regulations
