Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to stand for long periods
Must be able to work full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food service or hospitality industries is a plus but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for helping others
Basic math and money handling skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with training new employees
Participate in company programs and growth opportunities
