Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to work full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality industries is a plus but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for helping others
  • Basic math and money handling skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with training new employees
  • Participate in company programs and growth opportunities
