Job Requirements

  • be at least 16 years old
  • ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to food preparation
  • pass any required background checks and comply with company policies
  • legal authorization to work in the country of employment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not required
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • prepare real food by hand every day at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for guests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and workstations
  • support team members and work collaboratively to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • follow food safety and sanitation standards strictly
  • assist in training new team members as needed
  • contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
