Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to food preparation
- pass any required background checks and comply with company policies
- legal authorization to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- passion for food and hospitality
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
- teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand every day at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and workstations
- support team members and work collaboratively to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- follow food safety and sanitation standards strictly
- assist in training new team members as needed
- contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
