Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to follow safety protocols and hygiene standards

- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and develop cooking skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Preparing food items at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Providing exceptional and friendly customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant work areas
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Supporting team members and promoting a collaborative work environment
- Handling digital tips and ensuring accurate transaction processes
- Assisting in training and mentoring new crew members
