Job Requirements

At least 16 years old
Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Enthusiasm for learning food preparation techniques
Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

Prepare food fresh daily at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
Follow Chipotle's food safety and quality standards strictly
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance within the company
Support sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives through daily work practices
