Job Duties

  • Prepare food fresh daily at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
  • Follow Chipotle's food safety and quality standards strictly
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance within the company
  • Support sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives through daily work practices
