Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary spoken language(s) at the location
- capable of standing for extended periods
- able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- capable of lifting moderate weights as needed
- legal eligibility to work in the country
Job Qualifications

- passion for serving customers and team members
- willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- strong communication abilities in the primary language(s) of the workplace
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- minimum age of 16 years
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- train and work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with teamwork and support among crew members
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- handle cash and digital tips responsibly
