Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for helping and serving customers and team members
- Desire to learn cooking skills
- Availability for full or part-time work
- Commitment to following safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passionate about helping and serving others
- Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- At least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the restaurant
- Assist in training and supporting new team members
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures for safety and quality
