able to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
able to stand for extended periods
capable of following health and safety guidelines
legally authorized to work in the country
able to work well in a team environment

willingness to learn cooking skills

previous experience in food service or related roles is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand following Chipotle’s quality standards
operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
follow all health and safety regulations
support training and development of new crew members
