Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh food at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Follow Chipotle’s food safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation
  • Learn and apply cooking techniques
  • Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
