Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Pass a background check as required
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Commitment to food safety and customer service standards

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in food service is a plus but not mandatory

Job Duties

Prepare fresh food at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Follow Chipotle’s food safety and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation
Learn and apply cooking techniques
Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
