Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Learn and work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain food quality and safety standards
- Support team members and contribute positively to the team environment
- Uphold Chipotle's mission of making better food accessible to everyone
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and advance career
