Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is an asset
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location

Passion for learning and cooking
Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

Prepare fresh food by hand following Chipotle's recipes and standards
Operate multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
Support efforts to promote sustainable food practices and Chipotle's mission
