Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh food by hand following Chipotle's recipes and standards
  • Operate multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
  • Support efforts to promote sustainable food practices and Chipotle's mission
