Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand daily with no freezers, microwaves or can openers
Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Assist in training new crew members and support team development
Manage cash handling and digital tips accurately
Follow company policies and health regulations to ensure consistent quality and safety
