Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or fast-casual restaurant setting is advantageous but not required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Enthusiasm for learning new skills and commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Participate in training sessions to develop cooking and service skills
  • Support company initiatives related to sustainability and quality standards
