Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required by restaurant duties
  • Pass background check and comply with company policies
  • Possess a friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time as needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere for guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and restaurant areas
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and improve performance
  • Assist in inventory and stock management as needed
