Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is advantageous but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • Work confidently across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Adhere to Chipotle’s food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Participate in training programs to develop culinary and service skills
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence
