Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation and service
Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Pass a background check if required by local laws
Commitment to uphold company values and standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is advantageous but not required
Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic cooking skills or willingness to learn
Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
Passion for serving others and delivering excellent customer experiences

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
Work confidently across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for guests
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Adhere to Chipotle’s food safety and cleanliness standards
Participate in training programs to develop culinary and service skills
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence
