Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or fast-casual restaurants is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and teamwork
- Ability to learn food preparation and cooking procedures
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude toward work and team collaboration
- Minimum age of 16 years with legal authorization to work
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional and friendly customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Engage with customers and team members passionately and enthusiastically
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the restaurant
- Participate in training programs to develop cooking and service skills
- Support team operations to ensure efficient restaurant performance
