Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to learn food preparation and service tasks
- Pass any required background checks or employment screenings
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand according to Chipotle’s standards
- Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and positive work environment
- Learn and develop cooking and service skills through provided training
